The Answers You Need

At Shoe Champion, the complete satisfaction of our customers is always top priority. Check out some of our frequently asked questions below, and feel free to get in touch if you need additional information.

Where is my order?

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our location which will contain your Tracking Number. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 5-8 days to process your order. If you see a "not found/error" message when attempting to track your package, please allow 48 business hours for an update to be shown. After your order is processed, expect to receive your order within two weeks after the tracking number is provided. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for anything that happens during transit to delivery.  This is the responsibility of the carrier.  If you have questions regarding tracking, please contact USPS or UPS directly so that they may provide an accurate update.

What is the return policy and refunds?

If you wish to return an item, please email us at info@shoechampion.com and provide your reason for the return.  We currently only accept returns on items that are defective or are incorrect items. Be sure to use the shoe chart to determine your size. All SALES are Final with no returns and no exceptions.  Please order an inch or size up if your feet are wide or long.  This may be necessary for pointed toe shoes. 

 

We will provide the return address and all items are returned at the expense of the customer. Once we receive the shoes, we will analyze them and then issue a store credit or refund for the same purchase price. The store credit and refund will be issued within 15 days.  You may also TEXT us any questions you may have at 1.888.721.4955.

What are the payment options?

 Credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal are the only acceptable payment methods. At this time, we only offer store credits and  refunds if your order is defective or incorrect. We do not accept exchanges. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel the order as our warehouse begins processing the shipment when the order is received.
